pMRE-Tn7-165 Notes
Addgene Diagnostic Digest
This gel depicts the NEB 1kb extend ladder and a digestion of the plasmid pMRE-Tn7-165 with the following enzymes: Sac II and EcoRI-HF.
Expected bands:
Sac II/EcoRI-HF If dep seq correct expect 11.6 + 2.9 + 2 kb, but if CPS correct expect 12.2 + 2.3 + 2 kb
Results:
We observed an upper band at >10 kb and two lower bands at 2 and ~2.5 kb. These results suggest that the CPS is the correct sequence.
