The cDNAs were obtained by us by using PC12 cells, RT-PCR and specific primers. The cDNAs are inserted in the pETM10 vector between the NcoI and Acc65I (Kpn) sites. The vector, pETM10, is an EMBL vector, which was a generous gift from its maker, Gunter Stier.
