Depositor Comments
This Xenopus Beta-catenin has four point mutations introduced into the GSK-3 phosphorylation site as shown.
The construct is derived from construct XE-28 and is linearized, transcribed, and used as described there, and in the original citation.
Ref: Yost et al., Genes & Development, 10:1443-1454, 1996.
four mutations are amino acids S33A, S37A, T41A, S45A

Quality Control
Every DNA prep is verified by next-generation sequencing, confirming plasmid identity, sequence integrity, and absence of DNA contaminants. Concentration is confirmed to be within ±2.5% of the stated concentration.
Our production process has been validated to consistently yield endotoxin levels below 1.0 EU/μg. Individual lots are not tested for endotoxin.
