Addgene Diagnostic Digest

This gel depicts the NEB 1kb Ladder and a digestion of the plasmid mRuby2-AKTIP with the following enzymes: BamHI-HF, EcoRI-HF, SalI-HF, PstI-HF

Expected bands:
BamHI-HF/EcoRI-HF: Two bands: 4694 bp and 916 bp
SalI-HF: Two bands: 4725 bp and 885 bp
PstI-HF: Two bands: 5007 bp and 603 bp

Results:
We observed the expected bands for these digests.
