Digest of 17336 with XbaI and NotI/EcoRI
This gel image depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid
with the following enzymes: single digest with XbaI and double digest with NotI/ EcoRI-HF. The single digest with XbaI suggests shows an insert size of 4kb and a backbone size of ~5.5kb. The insert size is consistent with the coding region in NM_019147 with the addition of the 5' UTR region, this is confirmed with sequencing. The backbone is smaller than reported.
