The expression vector pCC10/NrtTA/hGH was made by ligating the following gene fragments into pBIIKS(+):
1) 2.3kb HindIII fragment of rat CC10 promoter
2) 1.0kb HindIII/BamHI fragment of NrtTA coding seq
3) 2.0kb BamHI/NotI fragment of human growth hormone gene sequence extending from the BamHI site in the first exon to the EcoRI site after the poly-A addition signal.
