Depositor Comments
SACM1L gene used in this plasmid contains a missense mutation Y433F relative to the human genome reference sequence. However, the short Genetic Variations database (dbSNP) shows that this allele (rs1468542) represents approximately 60% of alleles present in the human population sampled to date. This allele can therefore be viewed as ‘wild-type’.

Quality Control
Every DNA prep is verified by next-generation sequencing, confirming plasmid identity, sequence integrity, and absence of DNA contaminants. Concentration is confirmed to be within ±2.5% of the stated concentration.
Our production process has been validated to consistently yield endotoxin levels below 1.0 EU/μg. Individual lots are not tested for endotoxin.
