Depositor Comments
The plasmid was created by swapping the EFS promoter of the LentiV_Cas9_Puro vector (Addgene #108100) with the SFFV promoter and then replacing the Puro with mCherry using the In-Fusion cloning strategy (Takara).
These plasmids were created by your colleagues. Please acknowledge the Principal Investigator, cite the article in which the plasmids were described, and include Addgene in the Materials and Methods of your future publications.
