Alternative name: pMG065
Usage/Comments: This plasmid is a Bxb1 attP-containing payload integration vector expressing mRFP from a constitutive BBa_J23119 promoter with a Bujard RBS. It is designed for chromosomal integration via Bxb1 recombination into the corresponding attB site within a cSAGE landing pad strain. Upon conjugative co-delivery with the Bxb1 integrase plasmid (pSC02), this plasmid integrates in the Bxb1 attB site. It is useful for reporter benchmarking, promoter characterization, or serving as a template for constructing custom Bxb1-compatible payloads.
