Derived from pCvGAPDH-CvH2B-mStayGold. A PstI-5’ and BglII-3’ flanked DNA fragment that includes the GAPDH Kozak sequence, CDS of Chromera velia IMC13 CvIMC13 (VEupathDB: Cvel_9514), and a 13-aa linker was synthesized and ligated into the PstI and BglII sites of the pCvGAPDH-CvH2B-mStayGold plasmid. Synthesis of DNA fragments and cloning were carried out by Genscript (Piscataway, NJ, USA).
