Depositor Comments

Derived from pCvGAPDH-CvH2B-mStayGold. A PstI-5’ and AflII-3’ flanked DNA fragment that includes the Kozak sequence, CDS of mStayGold codon optimized for Chromera, a 13-aa linker, and a CDS of CvTubA1 (Cvel_22324) was synthesized and ligated into the PstI and AflII- sites of the pCvGAPDH-CvH2B-mStayGold plasmid. Synthesis of the DNA fragment and cloning were carried out by Genscript (Piscataway, NJ, USA).
