Alternative name: pAR038
Usage/Comments: This plasmid is a poly-attP payload integration vector. It contains multiple orthogonal attP sites compatible with cSAGE landing pads, allowing integration via different serine recombinases. The plasmid backbone is flanked by ΦC31 att sites. This plasmid contains a spectinomycin resistance cassette for organisms where kanamycin is ineffective. Please visit https://doi.org/10.64898/2026.04.17.717921 for bioRxiv preprint.
