Depositor Comments

Addgene identified an additional Thr on the C-terminal of the Rep protein compared to the author's sequence. This discrepancy was found in similar plasmids from this deposit. There is also a 1 bp DNA mutation (C2484T) in the tonB terminator. It is unknown whether these cause functional differences.
