This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid with the following enzyme(s): StuI & AatII.
We expected the following band sizes for this digest: StuI (single)--4.8kb; StuI and AatII (double)--4.1kb and and .6kb. We see the expected pattern.
