This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid perbB2-EGFP with the following enzymes: AgeI-HF and NheI-HF.
Digest confirms expected band sizes of approximately 10kb for each single digest, and band sizes of approximately 6kb and 4kb the AgeI-HF/NheI-HF double digest.
