Depositor Comments

For cloning, the following cDNA was obtained from the “Deutsches Ressourcenzentrum fur Genomforschung” (RZPD): C20Orf129 (IMAGp958M1212). The DNA coding sequence was amplified by PCR using gene-specific primers and cloned into pcDNA3.1/3x myc-C in-frame with a sequence encoding an amino-terminal triple myc-tag.

Addgene's sequencing results identified a V11L mutation in Chica when compared to GenBank accession number Q9H4H8.3
