This gel depicts the NEB 1kb DNA ladder and a digestion of plasmid 44876 with HindIII-HF and EcoRI-HF.
We expected and saw the following banding patterns:
HindIII-HF single digest: 1 band: 4.9kb
HindIII-HF / EcoRI-HF double digest: 3 bands: 2.4, 1.5, and 0.9kb
