This gel depicts the NEB 1kb Extend DNA ladder and a digestion of plasmid 45461 with AgeI-HF and NotI-HF.
We expect and see the following banding pattern:
AgeI-HF single digest: Expect 1 band: ~5kb
AgeI-HF / NotI-HF double digest: Expect 2 bands: ~4 and 1 kb
