This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid
48742 with the following enzymes: SalI-HF single digest, XhoI single digest, BamHI-HF single digest, and SalI-HF and XhoI double digest.
The linearized plasmid runs higher than expected (8kb vs 6kb). Addgene QC sequencing has verified the entire insert region.
