This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid
pZac2.1 gfaABC1D-lck-GCaMP6f with the following enzymes: PvuI, KpnI HF and NotI HF.
We expect PvuI to give 2 bands of ~1kb and 4.9kb; KpnI and NotI will linearize the plasmid giving a ~5.9kb band. We see the expected pattern
