This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid 60487 with the following enzymes: NotI-HF and EcoRI-HF. We expect the following results: NotI should give a 67bp band (not shown) and a 4317bp band. EcoRI should give a 4384bp band. We see the expected pattern.
