Depositor Comments

For stability the plasmid is maintained in E. coli SURE. For reporter studies it is propagated in E. coli SCS110 or other methylation deficient strain.

Note: Addgene's quality control sequencing has identified a few single nucleotide discrepancies with the depositor's reference sequence. However, the plasmid accurately reflects the construct as it was used in the associated publication, and should function as described.
