This gel depicts the NEB 1kb extended ladder and a digestion of the plasmid Lenti-dCas9-KRAB-blast with the following enzymes: PmeI and SpeI-HF.
Expected Bands:
PmeI 14 kb
SpeI-HF 14 kb
PmeI/ Spel-HF 10 kb & 4.3 kb
These results show the expected pattern.
