Extremotolerance-Associated (ExTol) Protein Collection

This collection contains human expression constructs for proteins associated with extremotolerance in organisms like tardigrades, brine shrimp, rotifers, and resurrection plants. Gene inserts are codon-optimized for expression in human cells and cloned into both light- and chemically-inducible condensate systems to examine apoptosis and condensate formation.
