Description: This is a modified version of the pCpGfree-promoter-Lucia_v2 from InvivoGen, containing the CpG free E. coli R6K gamma origin of replication, EM2K bacterial promoter, and Zeocin resistance gene. GT115 E. coli cells and Zeocin are available from InvivoGen.

Limited Use Label License:

For research use only. This product and/or its use falls within the scope of the claims of U.S. Patent No. 7,244,609 (Synthetic genes and bacterial plasmids devoid of CpG) and their corresponding foreign patent applications assigned to InvivoGen SAS.

The terms of the limited use license conveyed with the purchase and/or transfer of this product are as follows: Researchers must use this product solely for their own research in their laboratory. InvivoGen GT115 strains should be used for cloning and propagation of this plasmids or derivatives and selection antibiotics must be purchased from InvivoGen for all selection resulting from the research use of this product and derivatives.

No other use or transfer of this product is authorized without the express written consent of InvivoGen including, without limitation, Commercial Use. Commercial Use means any and all uses of this product and derivatives by a party for monetary or other consideration and may include, but is not limited to use in: (1) product manufacture; and (2) to provide a service, information or data; and/or resale of the product or its derivatives, whether or not such product or derivatives are resold for use in research.
