Materials listing Promega as “PROVIDER” are authorized for request by, and distribution to, contract research organizations (“CRO(s)”) for INTERNAL RESEARCH USE ONLY. For avoidance of doubt, CROs may not use the material for commercial purposes or fee-for-services without first contacting Promega directly at [email protected] to obtain a commercial license. This limited authorization extends only to (i) Deposited Materials deposited directly by Promega, and (ii) the Promega-owned genetic reporter gene sequence and associated elements within Deposited Materials deposited by a third party. Distribution of third party materials, themselves, may require authorization by the respective third party providers.
