Plasmid pBS4 is based upon pDH3 and pAG32 (hphMX4) described in "Three new dominant drug resistance cassettes for gene disruption in Saccharomyces cerevisiae." by Goldstein and McCusker in Yeast 1999 Oct;15(14):1541-53. The kanamycin resistance gene in pDH3 is replaced with the hygromycin B resistance gene. Some common restriction enzyme sites are shown. Unique sites are in red. The forward and reverse primers are the same as in pDH3.
