- This vector contains the copA region from NR1, the copB region from Beu1, & the repA and ori sequences of NR1. There is a G/C to A/T mutation at bp 598 in the copB coding region. [2] Temperature sensitive. Grow at 28C. Ampicillin is the selection marker for pCFM526, kanamycin for pMW1.
