- Vector pDSP1 contains two independent mammalian transcription cassettes containing SV40 early gene regulatory elements controlling either the E. coli galK or xgprt genes. The regulatory elements of the galK cassette are bounded by multiple restriction sites allowing for easy removal and replacement of the regulatory sequences or the galK gene itself.
