- Grignani et al, Cancer Research 1998 Jan 1;58(1):14-9. The reported LZRSpBMN-Z plasmid was digested with HindIII and NotI to substitute the lacZ gene with the EGFP cDNA (pEGFP-Nl; Clontech). A CMV promoter enhancer derived from the pRc/CMV plasmid (Invitrogen) was inserted upstream to the EGFP cDNA in the EcoRI-HindIII sites.
