Plasmid: pMX-EGFP-gw-IP

Plasmid Type: Mammalian Expression, Retroviral
Cloning Method: Unknown
5' Sequencing 1 Primer: pBMN5'
Bacterial Resistance: Ampicillin
Selectable Marker: Puromycin
For constructing pMX-EGFP-gw-IP, a gateway cassette rfB (Invitrogen) was introduced into XhoI (blunted) site of pEGFP-C2 (Clontech). We named this product, pEGFP-gw. Second, an EcoRV/XbaI (blunted) fragment of pIRESpuro (Clontech) was introduced into BamHI (blunted)/SalI (blunted) site of pMX. Finally, an Eco47III (blunted)/HindIII (blunted) fragment of pEGFP-gw was introduced into the EcoRI (blunted)/BamHI (blunted) of pMX-IP vector. This product is pMX-EGFP-gw. Information provided by Dr. Kazutoshi Takahashi and Dr. Shinya Yamanaka.
