- A trp expression plasmid vector. The unique HindIII site is located 3' to the trp promoter/ operator/ ribosome binding site sequence. [1] This construct does not contain a Trp attenuator region. [1] pTRP3 was constructed from a 99 bp HhaI/TaqI fragment (from pVH153) extending from just 5' of the trp promoter to 6 bp before the AUG of the trp leader ligated into pBR322 digested with EcoRI (repair) & ClaI.
