- These data and their annotation were supplied to GenBank by Will Gilbert under the auspices of the GenBank Currator Program. The length of G- or C-tails used in the cloning procedure is not exactly known. Therefore the sequencea 2890-2899, C(10) and 4062-4071 G(10) are tentative. YRp17 differs from YRp12 by the loss of the EcoRI site adjacent to the ampR gene. YRp12 was constructed from YIp5 (ATCC 37061) by inserting a 1.45 kb EcoRI TRP1-ARS1 fragment.
