Tcf-4 binding elements (TBEs). To construct the four tandem repeats of TBE2, we dimerized oligonucleotide cassettes containing two copies of the site and cloned the products into pBV-Luc (5'-CTAGCGGACTCTTGATCAAAGGACTCTTGATCAAAG-3' and 5'-CTAGCTTTGATCAAGAGTCCTTTGATCAAGAGTCCG-3')
