This plasmid is a DelsGate vector that contains a selectable marker for the transformation of Ascomycete fungi, a TrpC promoter-hygR cassette from pCT48 (kindly provided by L. Ciuffetti) was inserted in pDONR201.

This plasmid was created by linearizing pDONR201 with HpaI, dephosphorylating and ligating to the HpaI excised
pCT48 hygR cassette.
