This gel depicts the NEB 1kb extend DNA ladder and a digestion of plasmid 70111 with NheI-HF and AgeI-HF.
We observe the expected banding pattern:
NheI-HF: 1 band at 11.9 kb
AgeI-HF: 2 bands at 10 kb and 1.8 kb

Expected bands:
NheI-HF: One band: 11,936 bp
NheI-HF/PacI: Two bands: 8425 bp and 3511 bp
Results:
We observed the expected bands for these digests.
