Depositor Comments

pBabe-puro-Ras was digested with ClaI, blunted and purified. Linearized vector was digested with HindIII, releasing the 5.6kb vector piece. pcDNA-HcRed was digested with HindIII and PmeI, and the 700bp piece containing HcRed was ligated into pBabe.
