Depositor Comments

Plasmid has an extensive polylinker (multiple cloning sites) flanked by two AscI and two FseI sites. It provides a convenient intermediate vector for cloning constructs into the transgenesis vectors described in Horn and Wimmer (2000), and into the Minos 3xP3 transgenesis vectors.
