Depositor Comments

A modified version of pCS2+ was generated by cloning a 41bp fragment into its EcoRI and XbaI sites, abolishing the original sites and introducing XbaI, SacI, ApaI, PstI, and XhoI sequences in a 5' to 3' orientation with respect to the SP6 promoter.
