Depositor Comments
2nd generation lentivirus packaging vector. Known to work with many of the Aebischer and Trono lab lentiviral vectors, as well as the pLKO system. Produces higher titer than pCMV-dR8.2 dvpr.
Note: This plasmid may run as a dimer. Try testing multiple colonies to select the monomer. It may be helpful to follow protocols for low copy plasmids.
Please visit the Trono lab http://tronolab.epfl.ch for cloning strategies, protocols, publications, and more.

Quality Control
Every DNA prep is verified by next-generation sequencing, confirming plasmid identity, sequence integrity, and absence of DNA contaminants. Concentration is confirmed to be within ±2.5% of the stated concentration.
Our production process has been validated to consistently yield endotoxin levels below 1.0 EU/μg. Individual lots are not tested for endotoxin.
