Please note that this plasmid contains a 3 nucleotide deletion in the hTRF2 sequence when compared to GenBank ID NM_005652.3 which results in the deletion of amino acid A434. The deletion was present in the original construct described in the associated publication below and is not known to affect TRF2 activity.
