Depositor Comments

Please note: In 2987 plasmid position, in the UbC promoter, there is a SNP where a G was changed for a T.

The whole insert (promoter, CDS and terminator) was synthesized and cloned into backbone plasmid. The UbC promoter and _-globin poly(A) signal sequences are derived from pUB-GFP plasmid (Addgene #11155). The original Bxb1 coding sequence (before H. sapiens codon optimization) was obtained from Bonnet, J. et al. Science 340, 599-603 (2013) (Genbank KC529324.1).
