Depositor Comments

The whole insert (promoter, CDS and terminator) was synthesized and cloned into backbone plasmid. The CaMV 35S promoter sequence is derived from iGEM registry (BBa_K1547006); the EGFP coding sequence from Chiu, W. et al. Curr. Biol. 6, 325-330 (1996); the attB/P integrase 2 attachment sites sequences from Yang, L. et al. Nat. Methods 11, 1261-1266 (2014); and the NOS terminator sequence from pBI426 plasmid of Datla, R.S., et al. Gene 101, 239-246 (1991).
