Addgene Diagnostic Digest
This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid
PGKneotpAlox2 with the following enzymes: BamHI HF, HindIII HF and BamHI HF + HindIII HF.
We expect the following results: HindIII- 5.7kb; BamHI- 3, 1.4, 1.2kb; HindIII/BamHI- 3, 1.4 0.8. 0.4kb
We see the expected pattern (note the lowest 2 bands of the double digest are too light to detect).
