Addgene diagnostic digest
This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid with the following enzyme(s): EcoRI and NotI.
We expected the following band sizes for this digest: 6.1kb (linearization) with single digests using EcoRI and NotI. Double digest should yield bands of 4.8 and 1.3kb. We see the expected pattern.

Expected bands:
SalI-HF/Xho I 3872 bp and 2239 bp
