Plasmid PB-CA retrofitted with an AgeI and HindIII linker to compare the piggyBac ITR's in that plasmid to piggyBac ITR's in pBluescript-PB (https://www.addgene.org/133885/).

The piggyBac ITR sequences in the plasmid PB-CA extends longer into the transposon sequence than the piggyBac ITR sequence in the plasmid pBluescript-PB (67 bp in 5' PB sequence and 44 bp in 3' PB sequence). The remaining PB ITR sequences in both constructs are otherwise identical.
