Depositor Comments

MAK10 was deleted in an S288C background with Cre-loxP. Lox-ed mak10 "deletion " fragment" consisting of sequences upstream and downstream of deleted ORF (~800bp) was amplified, adding XhoI restriction sites, and cloned into the vector. This insert serves as a donor template for making a MAK10 deletion. The vector is an all-in-one gRNA/Cas9/donor template vector for making a marker-free MAK10 deletion in yeast strains
