The GFP containing a mitochondria localization signal (ATGGCAATCCAGTTGCGTTCGCTCTTCCCCTTGGCATTGCCCGGAATGCTGGCCCTCCTTGGCTGGTGGTGGTTTTTCTCTCGTAAAAAA) and ER localization signal (ATGGTTTATATTGGCATCGCTATTTTTTTGTTTTTGGTGGGCCTGTTTATGAAA) at it N- and C- terminal respectively.
