pIT5_KD_NahR is designed to be integrated into the D145 attachment site, using the D145 integrase helper plasmid pHelper_D. This version of plasmid carries NahR repressor, and can be used for inducible gene expression (with sodium salicylate) following integration. The pIT5_KD_NahR need to be propagated in a pir+ strain of E. coli.
