Addgene diagnostic digest

This gel depicts the NEB 1kb DNA ladder and a digestion of the plasmid 17446 with NcoI-HF and KpnI-HF.
We expect the following result:

NcoI-HF: three visible bands 5.2, 1.5. 1.1 (2 bands at this size), 0.3kb (this one has been run off)
KpnI-HF: one band 9.3kb

We see the expected pattern.

Expected bands:
